REGULATIONS BINDING WHILE AMATEURISH FISHING

1. On the basis of cleared payment for angling, catching fish is permitted solely in the selected parts of lakes and rivers.

2. The person practicing fish-catching with a fishing rod in the terrain of the SNP is the subject to the regulations concerning amateurish fishing established by the SNP, in other cases there bind the Regulations on Amateurish Fishing of Polish Angling Union.

3. The angling season lasts:
- on the lake from the boat - from June 1 to November 30 (excluding the water-body on the Łebsko Lake in the vicinity of Łeba)
- on the lake from the bank - from April 1 to November 30
- on rivers and channels from the bank - from January 1 to December 31.

4. Angling is permitted from the sun-rise to the sun-set

5. On the selected fisheries the ban is in force on:
- catching pike perch up to 55 cm of the total length
- catching pike up to 50 cm of the total length
- catching tench in the period from June 1 to July 31
. - using the combustion driven boats for angling
- lighting the fire and camping
- using plants allures
- angling from under the ice and during the nights

6. The following rate of fares is set for angling on the fisheries:
a. Łebsko and Gardno 1 fishery; 2 fisheries All the season PLN 110,00; PLN 165,00
30 days PLN 70,00; PLN 100,00
14 days PLN 55,00; PLN 80,00
7 days PLN 40,00 ; PLN 60,00
1 day PLN 12,00 ; PLN 15,00
b. In the event of payment for the whole angling season, pensioners, people on prepension dole, school pupils and students, residents of communes situated within the borders of the Slovinski National Park and the communes bordering the Park, catching fish with two usual fishing rods, pay the fare in the amount:
1 fishery; 2 fisheries
All the season PLN 75,00 ; PLN 115,00

Payment for the other angling periods according to the fares listed in point 6a
c. Pustynka - PLN 40,00 for all the angling season, one day as in point 6a.
d. Łupawa - PLN 85,00 for all the angling season, one day as in point 6a.
e. Angling permission "to the bearer" - for 1 fishery in the period of 30 days - PLN 300,00.

The permission may be purchased in the head office of the Slovinski National Park in Smołdzino and it authorises angling in the period of one month from the moment of its purchasing.
f. In the event of organising angling competition, the fare for catching fish while its duration may constitute one-day fare in total, partially or may not be charged.

7. The time of fish-catching must be written down prior to angling, otherwise the permission is void.

8. In the event of payment for:
a. one-day by postal transfer, one can angle on the basis of this payment only on the day of effecting the payment or the following day (proper inscription of the angling date must be in the postal transfer).
b. 7, 14, 30 days by postal transfer, angling period commences on the date of effecting the payment or the following day (proper inscription of the angling date must be in the postal transfer).
c. at the head-office of the SNP in Smołdzino, one can make a choice of using the period included in point 6a in whatever the time period included in point 3 (inscription of the angling date at the moment of effecting the payment).

9. Angling permission may be taken back from the angler in the event of fish-catching not in conformity with present regulations of amateurish fishing, with no right of demand of this person to have the effected payment returned.

10. The fares for angling in the fisheries may be effected to the account of the Auxiliary Farm at the Slovinski National Park throughout special postal transfers, available in the offices of protection districts of the SNP (forester's lodges), Headquarters of State Fishing Guard in Słupsk, in the office of the Area Board of the Polish Angling Union in Słupsk, some angling shops in Słupsk, Ustka, Łeba and Lębork or directly at the cashier's desk of the Slovinski National Park in Smołdzino, at the time: 7.30 - 15.30, from Monday to Friday.

11. In the event of rivers fish stocking with brown trout, the Slovinski National Park will introduce a month-long ban on fish catching in the period of spring on the rivers in Łeba and Rowy. The introduction of the ban on fish catching on the rivers in the protection period of salmonids is assumed possible.
